This is the last week of Genius Hour! I decided to make some fried peppers as my last post.

First, I mixed my spices together with some flour. Then, I added water to make a paste.

Next, I took my peppers and cut them in half. I washed all the seeds out so that it wouldn’t be too spicy.

I dipped them into the batter then fried them until golden brown.

Finally, I sprinkled some chaat masala on them.

These were delicious! They had the perfect amount of spice and were crispy. Next time I will:

  1. Add some more seasonings to make it taste even better.
  2. Cover them with more batter so it can be evenly coated.
  3. Fry longer to make it crispier.

I will be making these again! Right now, I am preparing for my final presentation, so see you when I present!
