This week, I made a strawberry smoothie. It’s important to use frozen strawberries so that it is cold and thick.
To begin, I took out somestrawberries that I froze myself. For some reason, I don’t trust store-bought frozen strawberries.
Next, I added teh strawberries into a blender with some milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
I blended this until smooth, for about 30 minutes.
I poured this into a glass, and then tasted it.
This was delicious! It so was so creamy and cold, and it had the perfect amount of sweetness. I like adding milk because it would be sorbet if I added water. Next time I will:
- Add less milk to make it thicker
- try adding honey insetad of sugar
- Try making sorbet
I’ll definitly be making this again! See you next week!
